Here's a few things to keep in mind;
Production will not begin on your order until payment is made. Invoice will expire in 3 days. If this happens discounts and fulfillment date may not be guaranteed upon reactivation or new order.
Orders needed within 2 weeks are considered rush orders and may require a rush order service fee of %25 of total order or $25 whichever greater.
Orders needed within 14 days, must be paid in full.
Scheduling of orders: When placing orders, you will be required to put in your event date, this helps us insure that we are able to get your order out in time. It is highly recommended that you place order within 1-2 months of event date. If you have a event that you will need favors for within 1-2 weeks, please contact us before placing order, to insure we can accommodate your request. A rush fee may be applied for expediting your order. Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer any form of refunds. In the unlikely event that there was an error on your order, due to our fault, we will attempt to offer a correction. There are no refunds on digital products.
Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours of your order being placed. Returns: We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your custom order details before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions about customization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production. (adjustments may be permitted if your order has not started the creative process)
